Hi, I'm not sure exactly what you're asking - but I think what you are saying is: You want people to connect to the windows server, without installing any special software - but using the software built in Windows 7 and windows 10 - to connect to your server. I can setup you a windows VPN server as long as the required equipment are provided by you such as a Firewall, a static public IP if the server is a on premises one. If on cloud, such as AWS or Azure, you only have to pay for them for the public IP and we can setup a VPN then
