Application Reverse Engineering

I run a Gaming server called Redmoon Paragon ([login to view URL]). The game Redmoon was released as freeware after the company went bankrupt. However they did not release the source material for the game. There is a program that is initiated called MFGS (My Firewall Game Service) which is basically an anti-hacking protection tool. As people cannot hack on my server anyway. I'm not worried about security. The problem is, as the original host of this service is not online, the "Scan" that is initiated fails and the application does not load. More than 20% of the time the game loads, it retrieves a false positive and closes the game. Either it be from the XUpdate, or the MFGS. The XUpdate is a program that initaites that execues an update engine which does not work, not is used due to having our own custom updater This is also needed to be removed, Its not as important as the MFGS, but it hinders alot of people aswell. I need someone that is capable of stripping the MFGS, and XUpdate features Totally from the game and server so the players are able to play without problems or having to restart the game multiple times for a successful login. I do not know much about the coding language so I cannot speculate on a possible course of action. But I can supply all files necessary. (Again take note that the Source files are NOT included as they were not released by the previous owner, needing a capable and experienced reverser) I know this is possible as some one has already accomplished it on their files. But they refuse to distribute it. It seems a fairly simple thing to do however.
