Need help increasing our website URLs speed under Google Core Web Vitals Assessment

Our website has several URLs that Need Improvment per Google's Core Web Vitals. When checked under "Core Web Vitals Assessment" these URLs show as "Failed" due to various issues that all are adding the speed to be more than 2.5S Most of the issues are around LCP bieng more than 2.5S in either Desktop or the Mobile mode. There could be other reasons as well that can be easly fixed so that the overall Assessment turns to 'Passed". I am looking for someone who has done something similar in the past and has a 'rating' in their project profile that can be verified. I am looking at approximately 40 URLs that need improvement. That means 40 URLs need to change in google under "Core Web Vitals Assessment" to "Passed" by improving the one or more of the factors that are impacting the pages. Will share the website name once you express your interest showing your portfolio where you did someting similar. Please do not bid wihtout reading the description fully. PS: Since Google does not update the Core Webvitals sooner than almost a month, we can evaulate the imrovements using Page Speed Insights.
