Looking for a Rapidweaver/Foundation designer for IG website update

Job Description:
After receiving too many offers that were not appropriate, we have realized that we need to better explain the work that we needs to be performed and some of the criteria that required to be met.
We’re looking for a RapidWeaver web designer to upgrade our website which was made using Joe Workman’s Foundation 6.
Our site was started about 5 years ago with Foundation and a dozen and a half JW stacks. Once Foundation moved to version 6, a number of stacks started having issues as V.6 introduced a quite different approach to deal with cascading styles, navigation menus and content sizing for different platforms.
These changes have made it almost impossible for us to update its content without at the same time addressing a number of re-configurations to respond to the new structure of Foundation 6. Therefore, we need to update and configure its many stacks as many are no longer compatible with Foundation 6.9
We’re not looking to redesign the website. We are not looking to change the look, content or concept, which often brings most of the unpredictable work. In this case, there is a clear plan to follow. We simply need to bring the site’s technology from 2018 to 2021 so that we can continue to micro manage its content and presentation.
We do not want to move to another design platform as we have too much time invested in this one. We simply do not have the time to do the conversion ourselves.
The candidate needs to be someone who 1) has a high understanding of RapidWeaver and Foundation stacks, 2) owns the latest RapidWeaver software and JoeWorkman stacks, and 3) can re-write the site in the latest versions (from a 2018 to the 2021 version) while give the same look and feel as the current one.
