Webpage / Webapp for blocking coding.

Hello, I am looking for a full-stack programmer to support me with my project, I need to create a web portal (Web page) with an application as shown in the attached images, this must be a page/app that allows exporting the code of selected blocks in C ++, Python and Java languages. The application must be based on Google Blockly, the graphic aspect is very important for the end-user so it must preserve the requested look and feel, the basic requirements are the following: 1) Preserve the colour and shapes or textures of the attached images. 2) The develop must be based on Google Blockly ([login to view URL]) 3) Export options to allow export of code in C ++ / Python and Java. 4) On the single main page, the user does not have access to more pages, only to the Contact buttons, clean the form, Open or load an already stored program, save it a program 5) Box for program naming 6) Create an additional page where you can create or generate new blocks of code by placing an image and appending the C ++ code that will execute each new block (This section must be in a second webpage in the same site) 7) This must be responsive You can use, PHP, Swift, HTML, Java or any other to rich you develop.
