Sorry for those who posted before but now the project is much clearer.
I have attached in Word an concept of how I would like the site to look. For the dj section I want an easy way to upload their picture and resume.
Project needs to be completed quickly.
The listen now button - you will be given details when the site is finished on how to activate that.
You need to know how to do the paypal without getting my password !!
There are 5 pages on the web site at the moment:- Home Join Our DJ Team, Is It Legal ? DJ Profiles, Sponsor a DJ.
Obviously we will want a contact us, etc. this is the basic layout.
In a week or two I may be back wanting a content management system for a radio station, and the winner of this will be first in line for that.
Speed is of the essence here. No time wasting. Win and get it done. Payment is at the end as I want this completed ASAP.
No I don't have a logo - get a free one from somewhere to start with.
I am on line from 8.00 USA eastern time until 11 pm.

OK I am in such a rush the name of the web site / station is Selnec Radio not Saxon Radio as it says in the attached document
Also - I will need you to publish the web site through my godaddy account - and I will need access as mentioned to put up new DJs, post sponsors etc.
And no crazy bidding, I find that on featured projects things that should cost $250 people bid in the thousands. My last project, most bids were $2,000 to $5,000 I picked the person that was clearly the best and paid them $125 and they made money.
Is don't think this is the gravey train.
