Our site was originally built using a free HTML template from HTML5up so we have had to go in and play with the CSS to get it to look how we want. This has been difficult so we are looking for a CSS expert who can give specific directions to in order to implement the style and format we need. We will also ask your opinion for layout and styling preferences but mostly we just need someone who can work with the current code and make the changes we need. It is mostly just to fix the header, add a sidebar div and add a space for ads. We have very specific tasks in mind and know how to effectively communicate our requirements to developers. This is a short term project with probably only four hours of work.
