Responsive Web Design ( website and app) for MVP Testing

Design a website that has 3 layers The first one will show what the business is about. Then, the customer will have two options (buy and sell). When the customer press one of the alternatives, it will lead him to a second layer where he will fill a form out. After he fill the form out we will take him to another page saying that he filled the form out successfully. The website should be responsive. We want to do an app. Please quote the app separatelly. Just for information, we know what we need. Therefore you will not lose time creating lost of stuffs. You only need to follow what we have already designed in excel and transfer to the webpage and app. More information in the file attached This project is for a MVP testing.
