Raspberry Pi - Telnet application

I'm utterly disgusted by the biddings of the other freelancers, so here's min. Although I haven't worked with Telnet before, I am more than a seasoned veteran with the RPi and have already started doing some research. Hello Sir, i can help you develop the video conferencing tool using raspberry pi 3. I have also designed Driver fatigue detection system using raspberry pi and online traffic monitoring system with tagging C# software to count Number of vehicles. I have designed Neuro-marketing system, Induction motor fault detection system, Security system, Smart home IOT and many small projects using arduino as well. I have already a lot of experience in image and video processing in mobile and windows applications, my experience also includes Driver fatigue detection using raspberry pi which in a matter of milli seconds determines if the driver is sleeping or not and alarm accordingly using OpenCV, Vehicle counting in the particular category they belong to on a high speed road, number plate recognition using OCR algorithm of openCV, face detection and recognition for attendance system of a school and patient management system of a medical system. In short i have all the experience needed to complete the project with maximum accuracy. I will be waiting for your kind response. Hi, I'm interested in this project however i have a few questions. Since i dont have the exact hardware will you provide me with some way of testing my code during development?
