Need to change home page for shopify website

1. We need to change home page for [login to view URL] website. Attaching new designs. We also need option to select products as per new design.
2. Minor changes in product detail page layout
We will work long term with shopify developer.
3. Internal page is updated. As per the titles in the tab we need options in the admin panel to set the products as per sub tabs.
I am willing to create milestone however payment will be released after entire work is done.
