Minor Updates to Wordpress Site -- Modify Theme and Some Others

I need a freelancer to make some simple modifications to a Wordpress theme that I bought. You must be very familiar with Wordpress, CSS, have modified a theme before, and have good written English. If you don't meet all of these criteria, please do not submit a bid. The theme has already been installed on my website on which the and the site has already been built. The theme is Shapely by Colorlib. A) The Freelancer will create a simple document explaining to me for each modification below how it will be done, where any code additions and changes are, what code will be added, and how I would change the parameter if I need to adjust it further. (This can be a Word document or something similar) (This is the first deliverable and I will create a milestone for 50% of payment for this document. You need to create it first and I will review and approve before you actually make the changes listed below) B) The freelancer will make the following modifications: (Modifications are described here for your estimation purposes. I will send more detail to the selected freelancer including the link to my website as well as more specifics) 1) The freelancer will create a child version of the theme 2) I need to change the font and font size of text on different pages. - the main text home page -- need to make it larger, and possibly change the font - headers on the home page - menu items on the main nav - main text on additional pages 3) For "pages" that I add that are not the blog, the theme creates the page as if it were a blogpost. So it has an author, date, and post title. I want to get rid of all of these for the pages that are not the blog page. 4) Text Anchors. On one page (FAQ Page) I want to create a list of questions at the top of the page, and I want them to link to the answers lower down on this page. I believe the way to do this is using anchors. I need you to set this up -- and again to show me how to do more if I need more. 5) Site Footer. I want to remove the text in the site footer and replace it with my own footer text. I am allowed to do this because I purchased a license to the theme. 6) Icon colors. The theme has a widget that I used that has clip-art-like icons. These are default purple, and I need to change the color.
