GAF Clone + Additional Featured Website Required

We require the following website. This will be a clone of getafreelancer com with some additional features. This website will work as Get a Freelancer and provide “writing and research” services. Auction system, escrow payment installation, integration with Worldpay, PayPal, Webmoney, Card withdrawal, e-gold. In the future more options would be added. We need full Get a Freelancer functionality plus several other features. We need very well functioning website which should be very easy to use. Flash/Java should be present on several pages of the website. Website needs to be dynamic so that we can easily edit information on every page, however maximum Google SEO is required. We will require services of SEO and web promotion in the future. At the moment this is about it. I also need to know the timeframes. I will only consider serious bids. Bids with “I can do it” comments will not be considered.
