Convert a Template to a Website

1 The job is to customise the standard 1 page website (supplied in link below, the folder is labelled ‘website’) that I can use to drive customers to, in order to sell a 4 disc golf dvd set. 2 The website should be customised using the artwork found in the ‘dvd artwork’ folder. Please see link to folders website, and dvd artwork [login to view URL] 3 Where the product is referenced please use the DVD covers given. 4 Where the site references the product can be digitally delivered please change that so it will be sent by post. Finally provide a form capture so that when they click to pay they can enter their details (name address etc) and payment by Payal should be accepted (this may already be on the website however wanted to make this clear. Note I do not need this website to be live, just ready so that I can sell onto someone else… Before responding please send me example of such sites you may have already created
