Build an Online Store - Wordpress

I am looking for an ecommerce website solution to be provided in easy to use content management system like wordpress, prestashop, joomla or opencart. Personally, I prefer Wordpress. It is going to be a website for a manufacturing company which manufactures beds and headboards, Seligh beds, Mattress and Kids beds. I would require on the website the log in access for the administrator (owner) and for clients (end users). I would want to make good use of coupons/vouchures, pop up banners on site load, pop up banner on site exit and social integration. The website design has to be clean, simple, elegant, professional, bespoke, mobile friendly and web2.0 google friendly. It should compliance with the html and css standards. The payment gateway is paypal. I would need the person to customize and personalize the payment pages, registration pages, subscription pages and contact us pages on the website. Please quote if you have got good sense of designing and if you have got a professional portfolio. If you have designed any bespoke website for such industry in the past, please let me see the portfolio. The person would be responsible for providing the full source code including all of the photoshop files, javascript files, or any other code which is part of the website including images and any/all work completed for the website. The person would be responsible for providing the website banners (vertical or horizontal) or pop up. I am looking for a person or agency to do the complete project from the start until the end. Please note, all of the design and development stages needs my final approval.
