Wordpress Multisite Custom Set Up

I AM LOOKING FOR A PRICE ON THIS JOB FOR A PROJECT TO START IN THE FUTURE. THIS IS NOT READY TO AWARD YET. I have a wordpress powered photography website running buddypress in development. Once I have a membership and community on the site the aim is to expand on the services I offer for the site to members. This will be to allow them to have their own small web presence with the website on a multisite network. So they can have [login to view URL] What I want is for a Wordpress developer to set up the multisite network for me and impliment a way to manage and limit what the multisite user can do and have the site set up for them to follow a specific format and style. On creating a new network site I want the user to be given THREE PAGES: > The homepage blog post - HOME > A page with a nextgen photo gallery plug in on it - GALLERY > A contact page with a contact form - CONTACT ME These pages all should follow a set theme to keep the same look and feel of the site. The function to create more pages other than these allowed pages should be removed. At the same time all the settings for each network site should be set and not changeable - permalinks, no comments, etc. I have looked at this plug in to help achieve this - [login to view URL] But this out of date now, is no longer maintained and is open for use and customising. Whatever is used to create these specified network pages will need to be secure and current with the lasted WP version. The developer may be asked to maintain this custom mod.
