$500 WEBSITE AND AFFILIATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH REPORTING

I need a website built that has affiliate management capabilities, and inventory control, and sales tracking and reporting, payments tracking and reporting, taxes reporting, etc. And be able to make mass payments through paypal. All payment received and paid out will be done through paypal, so the system must work with paypal for all my features. All functionality must be clean and user friendly. Be able to email receipts to customers automatically. Be able to allow affiliates and wholesalers to print out their earnings and purchases reports for each day, week, month, and year. The website must have a site map. The system will need the ability to allow me to set a minimum purchase amount a wholesaler must meet before they can be officially be signed up as a wholesaler. This must be done automatically. The website and system tools must operate and perform their tasks automatically. I will need to be able to ad pages, pictures, text, videos, autoresponders, etc to the website. I will want full control of the website when you have it done. you will need to show me how to use the website and controls. I will show those interested a sample web design that I like and want my website to be similar to. I use a windows server. I host with [login to view URL] The product description and pictures need to have their own link to a page with more information and bigger pictures when the customer either hovers over the product picture or clicks on the picture. Build paypal/shopping cart check out, and teach me how to change prices to products and how to use it. The website will need to know what price to charge for each product by knowing if the customer is a visitor, and affiliate, or wholesale rep. The website will need to be able to sort by: price, most popular, size, etc... Email feature built into the system to be able to send emails to my affiliates and wholesalers. Be able to see and review, and edit, and cancel, and ad all my affiliate and wholesaler’s information. be able to automatically verify their paypal info is correct before I allow them to be approved as an affiliate or wholesaler. It will need a server loaded type of website design tool that will allow me to login to the server and make any changes to my site easily. The site needs a sign up page to become an affiliate, with email response. And a way for the affiliates and wholesalers to retrieve their lost password and username. All affiliates and wholesaler will be able to login and view their sales info and related data. The software will provide all affiliates and wholesalers their own tracking cookie that they can paste into their own sites to refer their visitors to my website to track their sales. It will allow them to name their tracking link to help their visitors understand what they are clicking on. A link cloaker will be needed as an option to help protect the affiliates and wholesaler’s links from being stolen. The site needs a sign up page to become a wholesaler. Login for wholesale ordering. Retail ordering will be typically shown unless the wholesalers log in, then they will see their pricing, the price will change for wholesalers who have logged in. The website will need a server side affiliate management application that will be loaded onto my server that can add affiliates, give them a log in, allow affiliates to see their earnings, perform mass pay through paypal, etc... It will also need to manage representatives and their downlines up to 3 tier. Track their sales and commissions, etc... Allow customers to enter in their representative’s code to get a discount on the products, and award a percentage of the sales to the representative and their upline "such as the person they signed up under when joining the affiliate program, etc... The system will need to be able to track and perform all those functions and reporting. The website will give the data to me and my affiliates to track their sales metrics by login into their account. Their must be a login function to allow employees to only use specific functions of the website such as order fulfillment, shipping, tracking, refund processing, change of shipping address functions, etc... Be able to manage shipping, have shipping calculator and tracking tied into paypal that will auto notify the customer and have metrics to the employees to use and work with, most of it will be automated. It will have an inventory control monitor to keep me updated on my product inventory and send me alerts of when a product needs to be ordered. The website will have multiple pricing capabilities for each product, such as wholesale prices for the sales representatives, affiliates prices, a price for referrals and a retail price. It will need to display the appropriate pricing next to each product depending who referred the customer or if they are a sales rep when they are login to the website. The affiliate management system will keep track of the different earnings and rates each representative or affiliate has, and have a mass pay feature to mass pay out their earnings through paypal. All sales and payment transactions will be through paypal. The affiliate management system will need to allow me to not pay the affiliates until my 30 day refund policy have passed. This way the affiliates only get paid after their customers have decided to keep the product and the return date has passed. So the affiliate management system will need a column that says earnings pending, and actual earnings, and earnings paid out, etc... The affiliate manager application must also be able to handle product returns and remove that payment from the affiliate’s earnings, and show all pertinent data of the return to me and the affiliates. You must upload the website and all its systems onto my server when it is completed. But do all building and testing on your own server. You will need to have a backup feature to back up everything. It will allow me to backup all data either at a preset times, in real-time continuously, or when I want to. There will need to be a few webpages that have the ability for the affiliates or wholesalers to make business cards and print them out. Also there must be a webpage that can make a flyer for affiliate and wholesalers to print out by selecting the products pictures, prices and descriptions from the website to include into their flyer. And be able to insert text and pictures or graphics from their computer into the flyer. The website design tool must have an SEO function to allow me to add keywords and meta descriptions, etc to the website. You will not attach any information about your self or your company into my site. You will not attach any spy software, tracking, viruses, or other harmful, illegal, or unapproved devices onto my website. You must not program any type of code that will steal information from my server or website, and it will not cause any security breaches, nor have backdoors, nor anything that could harm my site, information, and its processes. It will need to be totally secure. You will not share any information about my site, nor its functions, nor designs, nor coding with anyone. You will provide a full warranty of all your work and systems for 6 months from the date the project is completed and accepted by me. The coder will guarantee their work for 6 months and fix anything that breaks with the website or it's systems that the coder provided to me. All software, code, images, text, graphics, pictures, you provide to me must be copyright free and not infringe upon another copyrights or patents. You must be capable of Doing Skype and Teamviewer meetings during the hours I need you, except I don't work on Sunday, other than that I am flexible. I will release the escrow after the website and systems are completed, full source code sent to me, tested, and accepted by me. I will own all copyrights to the software, systems, and you will provide any documents and information that may be needed for submitting a US patent or US copyright.
