Server Migration, SEO & Minor Changes to My Website

For my website: [login to view URL] I want several tasks to be done, estimated at 5-6 hours. must be able to do it today, as website is currently having issues as follows: 1) Website Migration: I have moved my hosting from Godaddy to Arvixe, which did not do a proper file transfer of all contents and the one database of my website from GoDaddy server to Arvixe server. So, I want a professional IT person to make sure the transfer is done correctly and all areas, contents of the website are working correctly. For now, you can access individual pages of the website (such as, [login to view URL]), but the home page ([login to view URL]) comes up as a blank page. Not sure why, but Arvixe rep said it's because the database MySQL file still needs to be transferred!! not sure if there are other reasons for that. 2) The website offers both Sales and Rentals, so I want to Delete Rentals related pages off the website, and only leave sales related pages and improve on the look of those pages, such as change fonts, colors, change slide show slider on the front page, i.e. some pages minor contents modifications 3) Add some SEO meta tags descriptions, etc to broaden my customers base to include USA customers in addition to the current Canadian customers, where I am located. 4) Make sure the Joomla Admin Control Panel is updated with the new server change, and ensure that overall site performance (speed, etc) is good. Test online shopping cart to make sure it's working well. The work must be done TODAY, as I have to have the website up and running right away. I can either accept $ lump sum bids, or bids based on hourly rates $/hour. Thanks.
