This is a project that will need you to create the PSD, HTML and CSS files to let them ready for another team that will create the website with Drupal. This Real Estate company focuses in selling allotments in 130 monthly installments. They also work with other kind of immovables (as houses or apartments) but their main products are allotments. The company wants a clean appearance of the website and wants to enhance their main product with the design of the website. Could be with pictures, drawings or simply colors referring to allotments. I just need you to design the homepage, the catalog and a detailed view of one of the allotments. All of them should follow the instructions in the layouts attached to this profile (the detailed view of an allotment will be similar to this: [login to view URL] Only related to the allotment information, not the rest of the information). You will also find the Logo attached and some newspaper and magazine announcement that the company previously used. The company wants the webpage appearance to follow a similar idea to those announcements. The average user is between 25 to 45 years old. 40% Male and 60% Female. Can be a user who wants to buy an allotment or other kind of immovable, or a user who has an immovable and wants to contact the company to offer his immovable. The main purpose of a customer to acquire an allotment is a "family purpose" and the idea of "preparing for the future". That means that family images with small children will be an interesting idea.
