Typepad blog Advance Template Layout

I would like to request a quote for the following job: Update the layout of our Typepad blog homepage based on a design we would supply in psd format. This would have to be done using advanced templates within Typepad and would include the following: Elements of the new design: - A search box on the main banner at the top - A dropdown menu under one item on the main nav (with links to the different categories) - A slideshow under the main nav - A signup box to the right of the slideshow (this would be tied in with mailchimp) - 6 colour-coded random category boxes with a picture, brief text and link to a random post in that category (this would be a random post within a certain timeframe if possible, ie latest two month) or the last post in the category - Widgets for Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest displaying the latest activity on these channels - 6 Static boxes for additional categories with three links to the latest posts in them - A footer with links to categories and pages, a subscription form and social media icons Other important points: - We would like the site to be fully responsive / mobile friendly if possible - The images on the top six category boxes would be automatically resized from the post - Ideally we would like the overall width of the page to be 996px if possible Please let me know if you have any questions or anything needs clarification.
