Improve our existing Magento Online Store

Hi, our website is www.ambitronic.com. We mainly sell electronics accessories and there are some problems with our existing site. We would like to hire a freelancer than can fix all the problem and improve the site 1. Speed up the site 2. Improve search engine accuracy. 3. Help us to upgrade into the newest Magento Community Edition and make sure will not affect the current design 4. Right now, customers has problem during checkout. Lots of customers receive error message during checkout. Please fix it 5. Integrate paypal flow on the one page checkout page. We want to allow the customers to pay by credit card without being redirected to the paypal website 6. Improve the google feed function. We want to simply create a good feed file by clicking one button. It will be even better if the site can upload the google feed onto google merchant automicatlly. Second, on the product page, it still showing the original price $9.15 instead of deal price $5.45. Even though the deal price will show up once you add the item into shoppingcart, it is still too confusing. 8. Fix UPS shipping quote. Right now it does not include our UPS shipper discount and overcharge customers 9. Import / Export Item by excel sheet without mess up the product description 10. Tech us How to change the front page banner 11. We want to show USPS First Class Mail option only when the order weight is under 13 oz. 12. The site looks different in Chrome compared to IE. The grey metalic bar disappears, leaving just text. Make sure it stays the same throughout IE, Chrome, firefox, safari 13. earch engine optimization , e.g Create Meta tag automatically and much more 14. Pull items by keywords instead of manually picking on the cross promotional bar at the bottom 15. Redo the color palette. Stick with the green and silver, but have the colors brighter 17. Wholesale orders - create a PO AND not an invoice. We want to have the client place everything in a cart and then check out by clicking on a “PO ONLY” option in the drop down menu for shipping . However, we will not charge them , and the system will only send us a PO with everything they ordered. This is for local deliveries and wholesale orders because we need to weigh the boxes and quote them the correct shipping charge. 18. Remove unnecessary plugin 19. Show our location on Goolge Map and include that on Contact us page. For the direction feature, we want to show direct list right on our page, instead of open up a new windows Above tasks are only part of the project.
