239462 Template Design. 4pg HTML/CSS

What I need done: Design a shopping site template four pages (index, category, product, and search results). This site will sell various types of coffee tables. We have a detailed plan in place including screenshots of sites we would like you to imitate and careful plans about how it should look. As a result, this project will require very little re-work and re-work on your part. We want to use this site as a template for creating more sites that look the same but sell different types of products. The text and images of the future sites made from this template will be populated by a database and we will provide the text and images that you will use for this site. We want everything on the site to be SEO friendly, so all sections of the site will be written in html text, not text embedded in images. What I need you to build vs what I will provide: We need you to be very good with building out an html template and designing attractive graphics that fit cleanly into the html page. We need you to do the site design and layout, with a clean navigation bar, nice shading effects and clean style work. We need the width of the columns laid out in a very specific way and we need the style sheets and the 4 pages we're requesting done in a custom way, to look like the screenshots we will provide. We need for the styles to be named intelligently and for you to do some custom work to provide us flexibility with these styles. We need for you to carefully read through the request doc we have put together to implement the style and plan we will provide. We do not need you to prepare any of the content, design a logo, or do any of the e-commerce related tasks. We do not need you to do any database work, we do not need you to create ftp folders, we do not need you to integrate a shopping cart. Your job will be specifically the creation of the template to look like the screenshots we provide, creation of multiple style sheets with the colors we request, and creation of the 4 pages we are looking for (not building out a full, working site). We frequently work with freelance designers, we are quick to reply and give feedback, and we hope to provide clear requests so that we can be most efficient with your time. We will need a good & cleanly designed template done for the site. Also, we will need you to create 5-6 style sheets that can be used interchangeably, chosen by database calls that will be implemented by another developer, but we need the style sheets created to work on the core template files. The site specifics about the dimensions, lay out and text are detailed in a Google Doc that I will share with you once the project begins. Reason for specific files requested: I will use these 4 site template files to build out multiple websites, and will work with a PHP programmer to have the site template files work dynamically with a MySQL database to create these websites. So using the 4 template pages you design, then my team will proceed to create many full websites. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience designing clean site templates, specifically ones that are built to be later integrated with a PHP / MySQL scheme. Again, you will not be responsible for the PHP coding, the MySQL databases, or any of the site contents or ecommerce elements. Timeframe for delivery: I would like to move very quickly on this project. I would like to see the first round of template designs by Saturday, August 2nd. I would then like to have the final revisions to the 4-page site by Wednesday August 6th. I like to move quickly, I pay promptly (preferably via PayPal), and have a lot more work that I am looking to do in the future. I hope that this relationship works out so that we can do other similar projects together in the future.
