layout update

I have a website, that needs a new professional design. Its created with Microsoft Web Expression. The site is based on a Web Dynamic Template. That is just a static HTML file with placeholders for the content pages. Its important, that the link structure doesnot get changed. That means, not to add, remove or change any links. Also the site structure (header, menu, content, footer) should not get changed in its general structure. So in fact you just need to update 1 page (= the dynamic web template). You are free to change colors, html structure, externalize CSS & JS to a external file, etc. The site is an adult dating comparision site. But the site doesnot contain any explizit adult material. You can use images and they can be sexy, but it should not contain any nude material. Url will be provided to the successful bidder. I will send you the complete files. But its important, that you take care about diacritic signs. The page content is in german. German has diacritic signs, so when you save the new files, make sure the diacritic are still ok. It would take me 2 days to fix that across the complete site.
