Custom Metal Looking Joomla Template

I am looking for a template to be used with a Joomla! website. The template MUST work with JA Trans Menu V2.0. The Site will have a top level menu bar (the JA Trans Menu) options will drop down from the top. You will be required to integrate the JA Trans Menu CSS with the sites CSS so that they flow very nice and look visually attractive to the viewer. So basically what I am asking of this project and the successful candidate is to create the Joomla! Template / Banner Image, CSS, and JA Trans Menu CSS. I want something VERY attractive and NEW, something visually pleasing to the viewers. There should be a very nice frame around the main content area. A nice clean rich graphic would be ideal for the frame of the content area. Key Points To Remember: • Template should be a Bright / Technology (Electrical Electrician Industry) type of feel to it • Think of Big Industrial Power Units and Generators and such. • Crisp sharp images for the template and its banner • The color schema is Grey / Steal / Metal looking. There is an EMPHASIS on making the grey colors look like the color grey you find on a piece of SHEET METAL, the whole template should look like this all METAL and grey with matching images as much as possible – I need the theme of this site to be very METAL / engineering type of feel. • This site resolution will be at 800x600 I don’t want something that I can easily get using a free template, I am here paying money so I am not interested to see sites you have done using stock Joomla! templates, I want something NEW, and that will work well with Joomla! Please do not send me links to tons of sites you have done before that will not demonstrate what I have asked above. I am not interested in seeing stock Joomla! templates, I have already seen those and don’t want them. I am looking for something unique. PLEASE READ THIS – then read it again, some people seem to always skip the requirements. The following requirements of the successful candidate are a MUST. • You will need your OWN Joomla install to work with; you will NOT have access to the live production site. So please be sure you have your own site to work with, this way you can provide me the URL to view as you progress on the project. • Payment will be rendered at the END of the project – since you keep all the materials and images on your server, once we are satisfied with the work you will be paid in full and email us over the template files. This point is not up for negotiation. • If you are a person that will be hard to get a hold of - or a person that is tackling so many projects that this one will suffer, please DO NOT bid on this project. • You can probably already see by the description of this job that you will find me very clear about what I want of this template, you will also find me very easy to get a hold of I expect the same of the successful candidate. • You MUST be able to work during EST (Eastern Standard Time) Business Hours, this is GMT-4. If you will only be able to working during “our” night time hours – DO NOT bid on this project – it’s impossible to have proper communication when you can’t be reached during EST business hours. This is very important. • You MUST be skilled with Joomla and its template system • You MUST be skilled with creating images and manipulating them to create our custom template • You MUST be skilled with CSS to bring everything together and make it look very nice. • You MUST be a good communicator – I need someone professional and who can communicate effectively in English – this is a MUST. • Skills alone won’t get you this job – you need to be Available and a good Communicator.
