We have a small e-retail business which sells clothing and gift products mostly made from the fiber of the Alpaca. This concept has been successful for us but we are hoping to expand significantly this fall and into next year.
We are developing a new online e-store and affiliate program using the osCommerce shopping program. As part of that development we need artists to design an appropriate image.
We need first to develop a logo concept. Following that important component will be other work: letterhead, banners, cards, etc., etc.
The alpaca industry is a luxury market in the U.S. The clothing costs "top dollar" and we are looking for an image which appeals to the purchase of these expensive items, but is not too "stuffy". Specifically, these are some key concepts we expect the logo to portray on our site and in marketing:

valuable
unique
classy
special
expensive
unusual
funky
friendly
warm
comfortable

We're would like to see the work you have done that is similar to the designs listed above, or reflect a sensitivity in this area of design.
This is our first time using this service so we'll start with a small project. We hope to build a successful relationship with the winning bidder and share in more work in the future.
Looking for a relatively simple branding with portrays the ideas above and is easy to work with on a multiple of media. Should not be more than 4 colors max. Three would be good as well.
**PLEASE** send examples that show you can make something like what I'm asking for above.
Statements like "we'll work hard for you" don't help. Let me see what you do!
