Functionality addition to www.aqua-lime.co.uk

I want to build functionality into [login to view URL] and a cms I want clients to be able to upload a vacancy that will be emailed to me and immediately advertised I also want to link my database (in dropbox) to site (if that's even possible) I'm also interested in refreshing the content ( it's been along time since I did any development so I need an easy way for me to update content) I also want to advertise my jobs, plus make sure I have working links to twitter, LinkedIn, Skype etc The site needs to be split into Talent Acquisition and Headhunting/Consulting/Agency - ie work I do on site and work I (plus my team) do as an agency I have LinkedIn referrals which need pulling into bio about me, I'd like some free downloadable docs ie cv templates, tips for interviewing, how to work with agencies and internal talent acquisition teams - these would be on candidate page, then sample of my strategic TA presentations, in house recruitment training, social media recruitment training for clients to download. I have the code and web design _ I don't want redesign just addition to from a design perspective
