Build me a autofill contact program/script

Hello, I am looking for a program/script which is able to load a .csv file which is filled with domains in a row. Once the file has loaded it goes through each domain at a rapid speed, finds and go's to the contact page of each website and autofills information + captcha. It must be able to do the following: Import database file (.csv) Finds Contact Page on website and goes to it IF unable to find contact page then go to next website in excel database Paste text into Message of contact form Copy URL of current website, paste URL into Google Page Speed WAIT until results show Screenshot results (mobile) with dimensions using software such as Gyazo WAIT until Gyazo url loads Copy Gyazo URL Fill out contact page information: Fill out Name, Heading, Email and any other box which needs to be filled out, it autofills. It also must be able attempt captchas Paste Gyazo URL into the message Send message Repeats code for the next domain in the .csv row The script must be able to run at a very fast speed. At least 100 different websites per minute, if you're able to make it run faster even better. It must include the buttons Open file, Run Program, Pause Program Clear (Empties current database if there is one loaded, if no database is loaded it doesn't do anything) Exit (closes program) Either Desktop client or web server, whatever you think would run most efficiently and without minimal problems.
