Development of a version of the game Monopoly,The aim of the project is to develop a program which will enable a number of players to play a simple version of the game of Monopoly. The program will provide facilities to display the current state of the game, simulate the dice throws which controls the players' moves, enforce the rules of the game, receive player input,and indicate the winner. The program plays the role of the "banker",controlling but not taking part in the game.
An essential feature of the implementation is that is should be possible for a programmer to change existing features and add extra ones with relative [url removed, login to view] to include commenting on ALL code.

This should be an easy project for me, I will do it for as low as $150 (not including graphics design)
Will be a piece of cake. Ive worked on several multiplayer games befor. I know all the ins and out's of monoply so wont need help with all the rules.
We are a group of programmers proficient in Visual Studio. We have done a good number of projects in Visual basic. Also we have implemented monopoly in C under unix.
