Access visual basic coding for calling an api and help running an access macro on a schedule

Have a simple rest API call that needs to be made from a VBA script in Access. Need to also schedule running a Macro on a regular basis in windows server after the API call is working. I have already written all of the VBA and Macro code, just need help with the part that calls a website API, and scheduling windows to run the access macro.
