sostware that will analyse large database and show results

Hello,

I need to build a application to help our team to buy cars in the auction in order to resale them with some guaranteed profit. We are getting a lot of different files each week with data that will help us compare a car in the market before buying them.

There are 2 module and gui in this software

1) automatisation of ADD./EDIT/PURGE any of the 5 different files we are getting, here’s the format of the 5 files

-1-file 1 (pdf)

-2-file 2 (xls)

-3-file 3 (txt)

-4-file 4 (text)

-5- files 5 (xls)

(files will always be stored in a specific directory as soon they are ready., we will need a gui where we have to browse the specific file on that directory and upload it by deciding to ADD./EDIT/PURGE this FILE in that specific table)

-users will also have to build and iinterface with a history of all the files we have uploaded in that table. For example, let say I want to upload file 1 new file because I just got a new updated one, I will go on the gui and see that for file 1, there are 4 files that are already in the table. Let say I want to delete 2 of these because the data is getting old and reupload the new one. This means that after uploading only 3 files will remain on TABLE 1

Candidat should find a way to deal with that IN THE GUI

-Candidat will have to be very creative on this gui

Module 2

2) we will need to build a second gui where we will select the table we want to analyse with others. That means if I want to analyse table 1, with tale 2 and table 3, user will have to click these 3 table)

3) candidat will have to build a interface that will be very confortable to read the result of the data since each file has around 5000 records and sometimes a simple query will populate 250-700 records in the result

4) each query analysis will have to be process by using different requirements (formulas, ratio, price comparaison etc)

all formulas and requierements and explanation of queries are written on the document. Also the candidat will have to speak with me by msn or skype before starting since I want to make sure that you have understood all complexity of the project. Keep in mind that the xls document attached is only a draft and I’m sure you will have tons of questions

I WILL NEED TO SEE A SNAPSHOOT OF THE 2-3 GUI before bidding (this will prove me that you have understood what I’m looking for,
