Operation with table incertion in RTF

Want to insert & process variour operations with table like

1) Inserting tables with specified columns & rows,

2) While typing in cell text wrapping should be automatic

3) Row height & column width should be changable.

4) Numbering should appear in table.

5) Cell should split if required

6) If table split due to page break,column headings should repeat on

next page if required.

7) Table border colour should be changable.

8) I should be able to hide all or some of table borders if required

9) Formatting of text in table should be possible.

(for exmple- B,I,U,Alignments,fore colour,back colour)
