239372 VB.net video upload script

Two websites with two different databases. The two websites host videos uploaded by members. I want a small VB.net application that will allow members to sign in from the VB.net api and upload videos. The members will select which website they want to upload their video to. Once a user is logged in they will be able to select more than one video from their computer and click upload to upload them. The user must be able to write a description and a title for each video and if the user does write anything the title must be set to the name of the video being uploaded from the hard drive. The user must be able to minimise the api to the taskbar while the videos upload. The videos should be uploaded and converted to .flv without uploading the original video to the server. Both databases are on the same SQL server. Some knowledge of clip-share video script at [login to view URL] and agriya kootali at [login to view URL] would be very useful because the two websites use one of these respectively. Opensource code can be used but nothing that is copyrighted or patented. Anything that will make this go faster and cheaper will do. Please give a realistic time scale, if you know you won't be able to do it in a day DON'T SAY THAT because thats what i'd expect. I'd rather be given the time you KNOW it might take.
