Autocad designer

I am looking for an Auto Cad designer to create numerous mechanical 2D and 3D drawings.

I prefer a designer located in Shanghai, China as many of the items are located there and I have an associate there as well.

I render these using 3ds max as shown here, I have included the cad and Max files for this item so you can see the quality of work I need.
