Co-founder of a Start Up Company in Australia is looking for a Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA).
The job involves a range of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
1. Posting questions on forums.
2. Monitoring & extracting answers to questions posted on forums.
3. Thanking people on forums for offering their time in answering our questions.
4. Searching forums for answers to questions asked by other people in the past.
5. Placing information on the co-founders blog.
6. Placing information on the co-founders personal website.
7. Sending emails on behalf of the co-founder.
8. Keeping the co-founder's contact database up-to-date.
9. Online business research.
10. Online people search.
11. Online information & document research.
12. Data entry.
13. Data management.
14. Helping manage our online KPI (Key Performance Indicator) dashboard.
15. Helping record results of experiments / testing of hypothesis.
16. Monitor, record, extract and file customer feedback.
17. Making & responding to posts on Gumtree.com.au.
18. Searching & responding to bookkeeping projects posted on several freelance sites.
19. Researching projects (past and current) posted on several freelancer sites for specific types of projects.
20. Researching profiles and project work histories of specific freelancers on several freelancer sites.
21. Posting freelancer projects and analysing and shortlisting applicants.
22. Responding to online bookkeeping job vacancies on several job vacancy websites.
23. Helping manage the co-founders Facebook page.
24. Helping manage the co-founders Linkedin page.
25. Helping manage the co-founders Twitter account.
26. Helping the co-founder solve unforeseen problems or tasks that may arise.
27. Helping the co-founder finish tasks ahead of schedule.
This project is for 1 month and commences on Tuesday July 1st.
The project ends on Thursday July 31st.
The total number of hours required is 160 hours for the month of July (ie. 40 hours per week x 4 weeks = 160 hours)
Quotations from freelancers should be for the whole month, ie. for 160 hours of work (not hourly, or for 1 week of work, but for 160 hours of work)
My preferred method of communication is email.
Payment terms are as follows:
1st 25% of the project bid will be paid on: July 8th
2nd 25% of the project bid will be paid on: July 15th
3rd 25% of the project bid will be paid on: July 22nd
4th 25% of the project bid will be paid on: July 31st
This is not a difficult or stressful project. There are no phone calls required. There is no selling involved. There are no people to manage. There is no complicated software to learn.
And to make the project easier, there will be a lot of instruction and guidance provided.
