Virtual assistant needed for Director of Sales at startup

I’m looking for a US-based virtual assistant to complete a wide variety of work-related and personal tasks. Workload will vary, but expect around 4 - 8 hours per week to start. All work can be completed remotely. Most communication will take place via email. Most tasks will not be urgent, but will need to be completed within 24 hours. You must meet the following criteria: - Native English speaker - Excellent written communication skills (this is a MUST) - Extremely organized, detail-oriented and efficient - Self-sufficient (need to be OK working on your own with minimal input) - Extremely comfortable with technology - Background in music production / audio engineering is a BIG plus The tasks you'll be working on will include: - Watching videos and creating PDF summaries - Compiling documents that outline the steps needed to perform a task (such as logging an expense in my accounting software) - Researching products and services and making recommendations / handling sign-up (for example - I need a house cleaner who can clean my place in Burbank, CA every two weeks for under $160 / month. Can you research options, find someone, and schedule the first cleaning?) - Basic accounting (logging expenses and transactions) - Basic administrative work (emails, file management, etc.) - Calling to schedule appointments, speaking to service reps, etc. I'm looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a part-time position. Please include your favorite color in your cover letter. Work will vary significantly from week to week, and you’ll be paid an hourly rate based on work completed.

Hii, As I can see that this project is likely to made for me as I have been doing this from last 8 years as I am not in to office work that much, professionally I am a football coach but we still need to work on offline things as well like spreadsheets, designing curriculums, PPTs, tournament registrations and all.. and this converting documents project is like automatic to me as I have to do it on regular basis... I can share some images also... I like to have this project and very much keen to start with.
