Luspada is an eCommerce company internationally (Europe) active in 2 B2B/B2C niches in the beautysector. We have various webshops and are growing fast (200+% per year). We're in need of someone capabale in, - processing incoming orders and returns - handling customer queries in Dutch, German and English – familiarity with these languages is + - miscellaenous tasks You're starting part-time, 20hrs per week. Possibility to grow to full-time.

Hello, I'm interested to provide my service. I have experience in replying to customer emails (Tracking details, Refund/cancellation, Exchange product etc) using Zendesk for a UK based company/online store, which is based on Shopify. Also provided support to their FB messages/queries. Unfortunately, I do not have knowledge in Dutch & German languages. I must add that I used Google translator to reply for non English languages for my earlier project. I also have experience in various type of data entry/Admin related tasks including: - Product uploading using various ecommerce platforms - Excel, Word, Google Doc/sheet - Web research - basic Photoshop work - Managing Google Calendar - Invoice entry in Wave accounting application I would be able to work as a part timer for now.
