About my educational background, I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Those prestigious companies that I worked with were Teletech Holdings Philippines, Convergys Philippines Corp., and Panasiatic Solutions. Those companies supported American and Australian accounts that deal mostly with technical troubleshooting on Internet, computers, mobile devices, tablets, networking devices and TV Internet. Other tasks included are for billing, account management, sales, network troubleshooting, and security software troubleshooting. I was also assigned in doing email assistance, chat response, answering tickets and a lot more.
My typing speed is excellent with proper software knowledge. I am capable of multitasking and can handle many administrative responsibilities. This is what I can offer your company and prove my efficiency just as I proved in my previous work places. I can communicate well with clients.
