Cordial Saludo soy prudente, metódico y detallista para hacer este tipo de trabajos, llevo ya unos largos años trabajando en el diseño de productos y en la presentación de los mismos. En freelancer cualquier diseñador que usted elija sera una buena elección no me cabe la menor duda, pero si me elige para su proyecto tendra la garantía que solo la experiencia adjudica. No dejare hitos pues no me queda claro cual es su real necesidad, si quiere un levantamiento 3d para presentación o ya bien es algo técnico con con planos y renders de vista ademas de perspectiva.. por esto no puedo prometer lo que no se, eso seria algo irresponsable.. lo único que puedo prometer es que por el costo que le oferto, lo que usted necesite para este proyecto se hará. Soy nuevo en el programa de Freelancer, por ello oferto el precio mas bajo, teniendo bastante buen desempeño en cuanto a modelado 3D utilizando software ArchiCAD. Trabajo rápido con mi equipo de diseño multidisciplinario y la entrega se realizará en el tiempo requerido.

Tengo Conocimiento en modelaje tridimensional, y conocimiento en las herramientas como motor de renderización VRay, que con ello si me das la oportunidad sacaremos un excelente proyecto. Así como conocimiento en fotografía profesional, que hará tener una mejor perspectiva de tomas de ángulo, color y composición. Soy estudiante del ultimo semestre de Arquitectura y noveno de ingeniería en Diseño industrial en constante capacitación puedo decir que trabajo de manera avanzada y profesional los programas Autocad 2d y 3d, Sketchup, Rhinoceros. Actualmente capacitandome con Revit y 3dmax. Vivo en Venezuela trabajo constantemente con proyectos por internet sin embargo es primera vez en esta plataforma.
