Screen Recording & Video Capture Editing

Read this entire post carefully before posting. I will be deleting/excluding hasty proposals. This isn't a race - you should be more concerned that we're a good match than I am. In your proposal, make it VERY clear to me that you read the whole thing and understand what I'm looking for here. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO: 1) Record an area of your screen that is exactly 640x480 in size 2) Open a PowerPoint Presentation 3) Size the powerpoint slide so that it's EXACTLY 640x480 (I find that "zooming" the PPT presentation out to 67% is perfect, but that may only be my two systems). 4) You'll then open the AUDIO FILE of my voice SPEAKING what's on every slide of the powerpoint. 5) Next, *while playing the audio*, you'll sit there and hit the space bar to advance the slide within the presentation as I speak, while recording the screen. 6) After you're finished, you'll be syncing the audio with the video within a video editor (I use Adobe Premiere, but it doesn't matter what you use), and fixing any mistakes you made (perhaps you advanced the slide too quickly or too slowly, etc). To fix these types of errors, you simply export the correct frame and place it over-top of the video track where it needs to be. 7) Then you'll export the video as a .mp4, and send it to me. IMPORTANT NOTES: a) If it doesn't appear that you've read and comprehended steps 1-7 above in your proposal, I'll be discarding it immediately. b) I need PERFECTION. There cannot be a single mistake. I'm paying for PERFECTION. c) I am looking for a LONG TERM solution here. Do well, and you'll guarantee yourself lots of work in the future. d) The audio files in question are anywhere from 60-90 minutes. The presentations that go with them are 400-800 slides. These are big jobs. e) I have edited over 100 of these types of presentations for myself over the last 4 years. I know exactly how long it takes. If I get the sense that you are being unreasonable with how much time you bill for these jobs, I'll rinse and repeat without hesitation. f) I'm not a jerk. I treat my contractors very well. I just can't stand dishonesty and inefficiency. Do well and be transparent, and you and I will be partners for life. TOOLS I USE TO DO THIS JOB: - Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 (video editing) If you use PPro, I'll give you the exact media export settings I use to produce the highest quality .MP4s at the lowest filesize/bitrate possible. I have done hundreds of tests and have this down perfectly. - Techsmith Camtasia (screen capture) NOTE: The first job won't be ready for a few days or even a week. I'm posting this early to give myself the best chance of finding someone worthwhile.
