Create an outlook plugin - Show notification prompt when sending to external user

Hello, I have experience in creating VSTO plugins. Just around two weeks ago I have finished one plugin related to Outlook appointments. Actually that was my second Outlook plugin for the same client from Australia (multi-billion real estate corporation). Those two plugins were very similar. Also both are compatible with Office 2013-2016 32/64bit. Anyway, I would like to take care of this task. I can create plugin as you described and provide you with installer along with source code. Please be advised I usually use trial version of InstallShield 2015 and once setup is done with installation, plugin shall be registered to auto load on Outlook startup.
