Design a Desktop WebApp (preferably also build it)

Hi there, freelancer! My name is Michael Tresseras and today I'll talk about designing a desktop web app for a SAAS company. Looking for sketches, and even better, for a front-end app if you know Vue.js. Our business is called Mercure, the first automated e-commerce chatbot platform. Ready? I bet you are. Let's dive in. --- The business Running an e-commerce business from scratch is hard: you have to know web design, SEO and marketing, build a responsive website, create content... then you create your FB/IG pages and slave off to post around 3 times a week so your community doesn't hate you... which you find very time-consuming and very cost inefficient. You have little to no traffic on your website so you start running ads everywhere including social media. Page likes and post engagement are nice but aren't edible. And traffic may grow, but you can't get to fix your low conversion rates so you stop the ads and don't know what else to do... As the "big guys" with tons of budget can do all those things right, you can't. That's when Mercure comes in. Mercure is a platform which does all those things and more, for $99/month. And because it’s made by professionals, we run e-commerce to the fullest: up-selling, cross-selling, abandoned cart, referral strategies, the platform does it all and is based on your data to do it the right way. The job I'm posting today is about building that automated e-commerce web app (desktop only). Our business works around three software components: > Web app (this job) > Data collector/processor or backend, which is up and running > The chatbot conversationer, also up and running So far, Mercure has a prototype with two customers, and thanks to your help, we'll build an MVP. Now let’s talk briefly about chatbots. People increasingly prefer to message businesses: messaging apps rank #2 out of 9 modes of communication, with over 1 billion messages exchanged with businesses every month on Messenger (source below). That number is huge and here at Mercure, we think this is untanned potential for growth. Mercure’s goal is to change the way we do conversations and engagement. With automation in mind, we are creating a platform that, in less than 5 minutes, pushes an automated conversation flow (or chatbot) in Facebook Messenger. Get it? :-) --- The job You will be given the biggest task there is: designing (and if you do front-end too, building) the web app. Mercure’s customers will have a minimalistic yet full-featured desktop web app that will look like any other SAAS out there, from scratch. I can’t draw a sheep to save my life so I will trust you with the way things look and feel when our customers use the app. We don’t want to build another conversation manager or analytics dashboard. We collect & process TONS of data but only aim at showing the one that have actual meaning and can be actionnable. The app will be very human-centric: it will be collecting little input from the customers: but when they do, they will have direct feedback through WYSIWYG, estimate reach, estimate ROI impact, etc. The project is rather big so we will cut it down into chunks.
