Unity URP Unlit Shader Graph

I need a simple URP Unlit Shader Graph for Unity.
The shader will have 4 inputs:
1) Texture2D: SourceTexture
2) Vector2 : FocalPoint
3) Float : HeightPercent
4) Float : WidthPercent
The shader graph will essentially 'zoom' on the provided texture at a given point to given source dimensions. I expect the only nodes required will be basic maths and UV feeding into Tiling/Offset.
A rough example is provided.
