I have already worked on this Lionbridge project for a while, and I GUARANTEE you cannot find people to do this job for less than $50 usd per person, and even then you will have massive problems. we posted ads in the newspapers, radio, gave out thousands of fliers, and offered $50 per person, plus an extra $10 for referrals. even with those payments, only 2% of the people offered, were even willing to listen to the info, and only 0.2% was willing to do the job, for $50 usd. keep in mind, minimum wage in Norway is around $25 an hour and this is a 2 hour job. noone with regular income, wants to do a job for less money than they make at work, plus its NOT guaranteed they get paid at all... so yeah, this project is going to fail unless you completely change it. payments in Norway and sweden has be a MINIMUM of $50 for the job. I'm willing to take on the task, for proper pay and structure, but this is a massive undertaking and I worked 10 hours a day on this project and only got an average of 2.5 people a day. I would expect $25 an hour for myself as well as all the participants
