I am an attorney looking for an admin or paralegal to assist with the processing of real estate short sale applications for home owner client of my firm. In a short sale, the home owner is selling their home for less than what they owe the bank that gave them a mortgage. These home owners have fallen behind on their mortgage payments and the bank is foreclosing on their property. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with my client and their lender and will collect all documents required by the lender, ensure that documents are accurately completed by the client and timely submit all documents to the lender.
The contractor must be comfortable speaking with bank representatives on the phone, be responsive to deadlines, work quickly, be able to multitask, be able to follow up with the client, communicate well with me and the client, pay attention to details and be persistent.
This job is for one client of the firm. If the Contractor is successful with this task, I will consider them for more similar cases.
