Assistance of South Korean resident needed to complete the filing of a patent application and to be designated as an agent for the application

I am a PCT (International patent) applicant currently trying to file in national phase in South Korea. I need a South Korean resident as an agent for my application to complete the patent filing requirements. The agent need not be an attorney-at-law. I also need help in filling up two single page forms which are in Korean language. The deadline for sending the required documents to Korean Intellectual Property Office at Daejeon is 11-Jun-2014. Here is the step-by-step tasks which would need to be done: Step 1: The chosen agent would send me English translation of Form 57 and Power of Attorney respectively. (Page 8 and Page 10 of the attached pdf document respectively) Step 2: The chosen agent would apply to KIPO for an applicant code number via his e-mail and obtain the code number. The text of the e-mail and the e-mail address where the e-mail has to be sent are mentioned in the attached txt file. (Rs. 750 for steps 1 and 2) Step 3: I will send the English translation of the Form 57 and the Power of Attorney with my details and details of the application filled-in to the chosen agent. Step 4: The chosen agent would translate the filled-in form sent by me to Korean and fill in his particulars in Korean. Step 5: The chosen agent would send the Korean translated document with my and his details filled in back to me for me to put signatures if needed. (Rs. 750 for step 4 and 5) Step 6: I will sign the document(s), scan the document(s) and send it back to his e-mail. Step 7: I will e-mail the Korean translation of the patent application to him. Step 8: The chosen agent would take print of all the following documents: (1) Filled in form 57. (2) Korean translation of the patent application.(3) Filled in power of attorney. He would mail these documents to "Government Complex Daejeon Building 4, 189, Cheongsa-ro, Seo-gu, Daejeon, 302-701, Republic of Korea". He would make sure that the documents would reach the address on or before 11-Jun-2014. After posting the document, he would Scan and email the receipt of the post to me. (Rs. 1500 for step 8. This includes charges of taking print, posting, and scanning and emailing the receipt). Step 9 - If the documents are sure to reach in time, the chosen agent would make the fee payment to the office. The details of how to make the fee payment are given at: [login to view URL] The fee should reach the office before 11-Jun-2014. The fee amount is KRW 17400. If the chosen agent is doing direct bank deposit, the bank details are also mentioned in the attached pdf file. The fee payment should include the following details: "Filing fees for patent for national phase entry of PCT application no. PCT/IN2012/000747. Reduced fee because of applicant being natural person and inventor." for identification of fees. It should be taken care that any bank commissions are borne by the chosen agent and not by the beneficiary (i.e.,the patent office). The chosen agent should scan and send me the proof of payment. (Rs. 2000 for step 9. This includes any commission charges on the payment and charges of scanning and sending the receipt) Steps 1 to 9 will complete the filing process. Thereafter, whatever communications are received by the chosen agent from the office will have to transmitted to me via any mode - post, fax or e-mail (no translation required). Rs. 500 will be the payment per transmittal irrespective of the chosen mode. In case transmittal is via fax or e-mail, he will have to retain the original of the document. Cost of transmittal will be included in Rs. 500. Similarly, whatever forms or other communications I am required to send to the office, I will e-mail, fax or post to the chosen agent and he will have to transmit it to office via post or any other mode acceptable to office. Payment will be Rs. 750 per transmittal. Cost of transmittal will be included in Rs. 750.
