I have been training students and corporates on email eriquettes for last 16 yrs and thus it is very comfortable for me to take it up.

Having an experience of over a decade with MS-Powerpoint and similar softwares. Expertise in making presentations - corporate profiles, brand values, course content, invitation, sales pitch etc. Quality Output. Prioritised, On time delivery. Minimal trial runs.

I have 15 years training experience, with delegates ranging from having completed schooling to senior managers and business owners. As the home language of most of my delegates is not English, I use plain language when teaching and take the time to explain any words or phrases that are more complex to ensure that delegates understand everything clearly. I also use anecdotes to bring content to life and to show how theory is applied in practice. I take note of how each delegate is doing and give extra assistance to delegates needing a little extra help, or rephrase a concept if it seems that something was not clearly understood. I also encourage interaction and asking of questions to maintain engagement and enhance understanding. In an online environment, I ask questions of delegates as we go along to help maintain engagement and interactivity, which are important factors in the learning process. When receiving a contract for a training project, I plan lessons in accordance with the content and duration, which may also include sourcing short videos, articles relevant to the topic, examples etc. to add diversity and interest to the training intervention (where relevant). Not only am I a subject matter expert, having developed courses on business etiquette and business writing skills in the past, but I am passionate about helping people become successful.
