Hi, I have seen your drawing, its simple frame. I can #D model the complete assembly of parts. I will use Solidworks for same since it is easy to modify part in 3D and automatically update changes in 2D Drawing. The parts may have some fitting/ sliding/ rotating joints, it will be provided with suitable fit-tolerances as per performance requirement. This will ensure fabrication of parts for ensuring quality of performance.
