Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) mesh on a Sketchup model to use in Ansys Fluent

I have a Sketchup model of a race car that I need help getting to import and meshed for aerodynamic analysis in Ansys Fluent. I've been able to import into Spaceclaim, but have not been able to extract from a fluid volume to apply the mesh.
