Theatre Project - Design a 3D Model for Renovations

Hello! Thank you for your time. We are contemplating on purchasing an old building that has been shut down for several years and renovate it. In order for us to make any move on this purchase, we will have to convince several parties involved including the local government officials. We would like to have a simple and preliminary 3D animation/model that can be presented (and later be developed even further for details) to see if there is an interest for the local government officials to work with us. I am attaching some documents detailing some rough sketches and ideas about the renovations. Please keep in mind when bidding that we will be using your services for the project going forward to develop the detailed model.
