I have over 15 years work experience, designing, prototyping and launching different devices/systems across multiple industries. I could help with your project - but I have to tell you there are some errors: the head of the groove channel (and consequently the fitting lip) are straight which will give you headaches to obtain (even by classical processes or 3d printing). same situation for the ends - in order that the steel stripe to fit properly into the channel, will be necessary to add a tolerance - in the picture attached (renders) is a base and the other blocks, but in the drawing the dimensions refers only to the blocks - the output will be any usual cad format (iges, stp, stl, obj - eventually with mtl, sat) and 3d pdf For any other questions, you may open a chat room here and we'll discuss about the details.
