Create an interactive animation for PHP website

I am looking for someone to create some animations for the navigation on my site. The site already works and all the actions work to already. I need animations built on top of the functions that already exist. The first animation navigation involved is the 7 lines in a vertical formation (nicely designed lines), which i need a collapse animation making. Also need a animation which makes text disappear and appear which needs applying to one page on the website and also a nicely designed collapse button. The last thing i need is a animation when a line is clicked it changes color from grey to black and flies inwards on the screen and the original 7 line screen appears.
